Meet us
Our interview process consists of two rounds. We offer personal or online interviews, depending on your location and availability:
First interview: You’ll meet the hiring manager together with team members.
Second interview: A follow-up conversation with HR and the hiring manager.
During the interviews, we’ll talk about your experience, what motivates you, and the role itself. This is also your opportunity to ask questions about the position, the team, and our company culture.
Depending on the role, we may ask you to work through a short case or prepare a presentation, giving us insight into your thinking and approach.
Decision and feedback
Before making a final decision, we may ask for references.
