Which parts of the employee journey does Emply People support?
The system supports the full employee journey – from attracting and evaluating candidates, through pre-boarding and onboarding, to managing working time and absence, performance, development, and offboarding. You can explore our plans to see which modules match your needs.
Does data flow across all modules, and does everything sit in one system?
Yes. Emply People is built as a single system, so data flows seamlessly across all modules. Employee information is stored in one place, keeping everything consistent and avoiding duplicate work – whether you’re recruiting, onboarding, or managing master data.
How does the system ensure data security, privacy and GDPR compliance?
All data is stored in secure data centers located in Denmark with strict technical and organizational safeguards. Emply People is fully GDPR-compliant and ensures transparent, controlled handling of personal data. When a contract ends, data is managed and deleted in line with GDPR and agreed retention procedures. ISAE assurance reports are available for full transparency.
What level of support do we get before, during and after we’re live?
You’ll be supported throughout the entire journey. Our onboarding team guides you through setup, training, and best-practice configuration through to go-live. After that, our support team is available for day-to-day questions, alongside an online library of guides and resources. You’ll also have a dedicated customer success manager to help you get the most value from the system.
Does Emply People handle payroll?
Emply People doesn’t run payroll itself, but integrates smoothly with your payroll setup. Employee data, contracts, and salary details are managed in Emply People and transferred directly to payroll. If you use Lessor Payroll, data syncs automatically via the Paychex Europe Integration Platform. Otherwise, Emply People can integrate with your preferred payroll system through its open API or file export.
How is Emply People priced, and what does the contract include?
Pricing is per employee and based on the plan you choose – Get Started, Next Level, or Full Circle. You pay only for the level of functionality your organization needs, and the price adjusts with your active employee count. Upgrades and new features within your chosen plan are included, as is day-to-day support. A one-time onboarding fee applies to ensure a smooth and structured implementation. Optional integrations are available as add-ons if needed.
