Which workforce management plans can I choose from?
There are three plans: Get Started, Next Level, and Full Circle. Choose the one that suits your organizational complexity, need for overview, and desired level of automation.
Which plan is best suited to my business?
It depends on how complex your processes are. Get Started is ideal for businesses that want to digitize time registration quickly. Next Level is for those who also want to automate payroll preparation and gain a better overview of absences, mileage, and balances.
Full Circle is ideal if your organization uses many shifts, has variable staffing levels, or wants planning and operations in one place.
Can I start with one plan and upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time – without losing data or features.
What can employees do in the system?
In Get Started, they can register working hours via the web or app. In Next Level, they can also register their absences, mileage, and get an overview of their balances. Full Circle adds the ability to swap, release, and accept shifts.
How does Lessor Workforce support the payroll process?
Next Level and Full Circle automatically calculate payroll components and provide an accurate payroll basis. Registrations and absences are automatically transferred to payroll preparation.
How does shift planning work in Full Circle?
Full Circle provides you with a user-friendly planning module where you can create shifts based on standard hours and staffing requirements. Employees can swap or release shifts themselves, and competency management ensures that the right people are assigned to the right tasks.
Is the solution easy for employees to use?
Yes. All plans are developed with a focus on user-friendliness. Employees can use the solution directly from the web or app, and features are intuitive – even for employees without technical skills.
Is there a difference in support and onboarding between the plans?
All plans include consulting and basic support. If you need more advanced onboarding or additional consulting, we offer extended services regardless of the plan.
