Have questions or concerns?
Your questions, answered
How long does the onboarding process take?
A typical onboarding takes 12–16 weeks, depending on scope – that is which product plan you choose, and the number of HR processes involved.
How much time do we need to invest internally?
Expect a total of around three weeks per person spread across planning, analysis, configuration, testing, and go-live. Most of the time is spent during the analysis and testing phases.
Who should participate in the project from our organization?
Your project or HR lead will be involved throughout. Depending on scope, additional participation from HR team, recruitment, payroll, IT, and website teams is needed during analysis and testing.
What support can we expect during onboarding?
You’ll have a dedicated onboarding consultant leading the setup and a customer success manager supporting you after go-live. Expect guided steps, e-learning, weekly status meetings, and clear milestones at every stage.
