Allerød/Hamburg, 1 October 2026 – Jürgen Dauk has been appointed CEO of Paychex Europe, while
Karina Sundbæk joins as the company’s new CFO. As part of the European leadership team, they will
be responsible for the continued development of a European business with more than 490 employees
and over 80,000 customers using one or more of the company’s integrated software solutions for HR,
payroll, and workforce management.
CEO Jürgen Dauk will have overall responsibility for the business and strategic direction of Paychex
Europe. He brings extensive experience from the international technology sector and has a strong
record of developing and scaling software and SaaS businesses across markets and organisations. He
has held MD and VP positions at companies including Oracle, OpenText, Avaya and Planview.
Jürgen Dauk combines his commercial and technology experience with a strong focus on leadership
and organisational development. He is a trained NLP Master and consultant in progressive
organisational design.

experience and has previously served as CFO and VP Group Finance at RelyOn, Topsoe, and D/S
NORDEN. She highlights the critical role Paychex Europe’s solutions play in its customers’ business.
